30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. More information regarding your right of withdrawal can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
RETURNS
1st Step: Prepare the package for return shipment
To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, please include the following information on the return form:
Indicate the reason for the return on the right-hand margin
Enter your message in the comment field in the center
Mark the items and the quantity you wish to return
Place the items along with the return form in the original packaging in which the goods were shipped to you
2nd Step: Print the return label
For returns within Germany, you will receive a prepaid return label, which can be printed from your customer account:
Log in to "My Account" and click on "My Orders" on the left-hand side
Select the order you wish to return
Enter your address in the contact form
By clicking the Return button, you will receive the return label, which you can print and affix to the package.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE
If an item is defective or damaged, you are of course entitled to file a claim.
In that case, we require the following:
Your invoice (scanned or in PDF format)
A description of the defect/damage or what caused it
2 to 4 representative photos clearly showing the defect. The defect must be clearly identifiable in at least one photo
