General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Application of Conditions
The seller is defined below as the online store iD FOR YOU, a registered trademark of the company iD FOR YOU SARL, whose head office is located at:

The company is registered with the RCS of Nîmes under number 994 014 066, and the buyer is defined below as the company or individual signing and accepting these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”).
The buyer acknowledges having the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the conditions described below, i.e., being of legal age and not under guardianship or curatorship. The buyer acknowledges having read these T&Cs prior to placing an order.
These T&Cs apply exclusively to all sales concluded by iD FOR YOU SARL, both on its own behalf and on behalf of its principals. Any other conditions will only bind the seller upon written confirmation. Simply placing an order or accepting an offer from the seller implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. Any condition contrary to these T&Cs proposed by the buyer will be rejected unless expressly and in writing accepted by the seller.
These T&Cs may be modified at any time and without notice by iD FOR YOU SARL, with changes applicable to all subsequent orders.
Article 2 – Orders
Orders are effective from the date of receipt of payment.
Orders sent directly by the buyer or transmitted through the seller’s agents are binding only once accepted in writing by the seller.
Any modifications to orders or additional or deviating conditions related to the object or terms of sale are valid only if included in the offer or confirmation from the seller.
All sales offers are subject to stock availability. However, if despite the seller's vigilance, a product becomes unavailable after the buyer’s order, iD FOR YOU SARL agrees to notify the buyer promptly and may offer the option to cancel or modify the order.
If the buyer’s payment has already been processed and no modification to the order is possible, the buyer will be reimbursed without delay and no later than 30 days after payment.
Any clause issued by the buyer that contradicts these T&Cs or the specific terms of a price offer, and is not expressly accepted in writing by the seller, will be deemed void. Any unilateral cancellation of an order must be approved by iD FOR YOU SARL.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices on the website are in Euros and inclusive of all taxes. They are applicable upon order confirmation and exclude delivery fees, which are charged additionally and shown before final order validation. Product offers and prices remain valid while displayed on the website, and while stock lasts.
For items with delivery lead times and no “In Stock” indication, availability depends on our suppliers. Availability information is provided at the time of order and may be subject to errors or changes. Prices include French VAT, and any change to the VAT rate will automatically reflect on product prices on the iD FOR YOU website from the effective date of the relevant legal decree.
Promotional codes cannot be combined, and only one may be used per order.
Article 4 – Payment
All orders must be paid in Euros. Full payment is required upon ordering. Under no circumstances will amounts paid be considered as deposits or down payments.
Accepted payment methods include: credit cards (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa), cheque, bank transfer, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, Google Pay, etc.
The buyer guarantees to iD FOR YOU SARL that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
iD FOR YOU SARL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery in case of non-payment or payment issues.
Late payment penalties will apply automatically at a rate equal to the legal interest rate plus three points, after ten days from invoice date or upon bank payment rejection. New orders may be suspended if previous payments are delayed.
iD FOR YOU SARL reserves the right to request a copy of the buyer’s ID and/or proof of address for any order.
As part of anti-fraud efforts, your order details may be verified.
Article 5 – Product Selection
The buyer, having reviewed the products and their features, is solely responsible for selecting products suited to their needs, as determined before ordering. The buyer is also solely responsible for ensuring product compatibility with other items they use (accessories, software, etc.).
If unsure, the buyer is encouraged to seek professional advice.
Article 6 – Delivery
General Rules
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, within mainland France, Corsica, or Monaco.
The buyer may request the invoice be sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address by written request (email, fax).
For shipping, iD FOR YOU SARL prioritizes using LA POSTE via COLISSIMO SUIVI or CHRONOPOST EXPRESS for faster delivery before 1:00 p.m. For international shipping, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or MONDIAL RELAY may be used. Relay point delivery is also available.
Colissimo Suivi allows the buyer to collect the parcel at their local post office if absent during delivery.
Delivery Issues
The buyer must inspect the parcel and its contents in the presence of the postal employee. In case of any doubt or damage, the buyer must:
Follow the Colissimo procedure (e.g., report damage and issue a complaint), and refuse the package, making an anomaly report with the postal employee (Form 170).
Notify iD FOR YOU SARL within two working days by email at [email protected] or by fax at +33 4 65 81 43 64, describing the issue.
Failure to follow this procedure will void the buyer's right to claim.
Product Non-Conformity or Defects
For defective or incorrect products, claims must be made within three working days of delivery and include:

Products must be returned within seven working days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, including all accessories. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the error is on the seller’s side. In such cases, return costs will be refunded upon proof, up to a maximum of €10 (including VAT).
Failure to follow this procedure voids any right to claim for non-conformity.
Non-Receipt of Order
A shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent by email. The buyer must track the delivery and notify any issue within 10 working days of shipment. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
Delivery Times
Colissimo Suivi typically delivers within 48 hours of dispatch. This timeframe is indicative. Any delay does not entitle the buyer to damages.
If the seller fails to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation and full payment, the buyer may cancel the order and request a full refund.
In the event of a delivery delay, the buyer should notify iD FOR YOU SARL in writing to help initiate a postal investigation. If the product is not found within 21 working days, a new shipment will be arranged. If the product is no longer available, Article 9 applies.
Article 7 – Retention of Title
Under the law of May 12, 1980, ownership of delivered goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received. During this time, the buyer bears all risks (loss, theft, damage). In case of non-payment, the seller may reclaim the goods at the buyer’s expense and risk.
Article 8 – Warranty
Products are warranted by the manufacturer (or by iD FOR YOU SARL if applicable) against material or manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, unless otherwise specified. Warranty periods are not extended unless repair exceeds 7 days, in which case the period is extended proportionally.
Returns under warranty must be approved beforehand. Contact the after-sales service via the seller’s website.
Returns must include the original packaging, a copy of the purchase invoice, all product components and accessories, and the serial number if applicable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and risk.
The warranty excludes: normal wear and tear, consumables, misuse, unauthorized modifications, damage from mishandling or external causes, or repairs by unauthorized technicians. In such cases, the product may be returned as-is or repaired at the buyer’s cost upon quote approval.
Legal guarantees (hidden defects, conformity) remain valid in all cases.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 full days from receipt to return the product for refund or exchange, at their own risk and expense. Products must be returned in original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals...).
Software must remain sealed to qualify. Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Per Article L121-20-2, the withdrawal right does not apply to customized services.
For tracking purposes, the buyer may notify the seller in advance by email or fax before returning the goods.
Refunds are usually issued within 7 days, but may take up to 30 days per legal requirements. A 10% reconditioning fee (min. €10/item) may apply for damaged or used products.
Article 10 – Limitation of Liability
Products are imported/manufactured in France according to local laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the products comply with their country’s laws. iD FOR YOU SARL accepts no liability for non-compliance abroad.
The seller is not liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of profit, etc.) or in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, fire, breakdowns, etc.).
External website links are not under the seller’s control. iD FOR YOU© disclaims liability for any illegal content on those sites.
The site idforyou.fr and its content are provided "as is" without any guarantee.
Article 11 – Termination Clause
In case of breach by the buyer, the sale will be terminated automatically. Goods must be returned within 7 days of formal notice, and the seller may claim damages.
Article 12 – Data Protection
Personal data collected is used for order processing.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (Data Protection Act), the buyer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data.
iD FOR YOU SARL does not sell or share this data with third parties. The buyer may receive offers only from iD FOR YOU SARL.
Article 13 – Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Disputes must first be submitted to the seller’s customer service to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
